The components of the Wellbeing Assessment will vary from project to project but will normally consist of three parts; physical health measures, activity measuring devices and survey.
Researchers or trained employees in your workplace with a remit for health and wellbeing will help deliver the physical health aspect of the Wellbeing Assessment. The exact measures will vary from project to project but will likely include taking your blood pressure, height and weight, and other measures to assess strength and fitness. These will be entered directly into the portal and added to the individual employee dashboard for you to view.
Following the health measurements, employees will be provided with an activity monitor which you will wear for a 7-10 day period. This is to record their normal movement levels and patterns and isn't meant to change behaviour.
Employees will then be able to complete a survey through the portal. This will vary by project but may contain questions relating to demographic background and job, physical activity, mental health and wellbeing. This data will be added to the employee dashboard for you to view.
