Your opportunity to find out more about your workplace's health and wellbeing while contributing to research that can lead to positive changes in the work environment.
The Employer Wellbeing Assessment Portal (EWAP) was designed by researchers at the University of Glasgow to provide organisations with a snapshot of their employees' health and wellbeing. Using a combination of surveys, activity monitors and biomarkers, participating individuals are able to gain personalised feedback about their health and wellbeing. Meanwhile, employers can access anonymous summary reports through the portal, helping them to identify patterns and trends within their organisation. This information can then be used to inform future wellbeing initiatives and support a healthier, more engaged workforce.
The platform is designed for employers who want to better understand their employees' health and wellbeing. By participating, organisations gain valuable insights that can help to shape workplace policies, improve job satisfaction and enhance overall productivity. Whether you're a small business or a large organisation, EWAP provides data-driven insights tailored to your workforce.
Once your organisation has signed up, we'll work with you to conduct the workplace assessment. Participants complete a range of surveys, which are combined with physical health measures like blood pressure, heart rate, and activity data collected from wearable devices. Once the data collection is complete, individual participants receive personalised feedback on their own health and wellbeing. Employers then gain access to anonymous summary reports via the portal, which highlight key trends and areas for improvement. All data is handled securely, and we ensure that individual results are always kept confidential.
